The Sayings of the Exegetes Regarding the Meaning of the Word “Al-Masjid Al-Haram” in the Noble Qur'an, Study and Weighting

موضوع البحث:

هذا البحث يتناول بالدراسة والتحليل أقوال العلماء في التركيب القرآني الكريم " المسجد الحرام" حيث ورد في القرآن الكريم.

أهداف البحث:

وقد أراد الباحث من بحثه هذا تحقيق الأهداف التالية:

- جمع الأقوال المتناثرة في هذه المسألة.

- الاستدلال لكل قول – إن وُجد- ومناقشته، ومن ثم الوصول إلى القول الراجح.

- لفت النظر إلى بعض الاستدلالات التي تندر الإشارة إليها.

- تقديم مادّة علمية في لفظ قرآني كريم ورد خمس عشرة مرة.

- التأكد من صحة ما ذكره بعض المفسرين أن هذه اللفظة لها معنى واحد.

- معرفة مراد الله تعالى من هذا اللفظ الكريم -بقدر الطاقة البشرية-

منهج البحث:

سار الباحث في بحثه هذا على: المنهج الاستقرائي الموصول بالتحليل، المتمثل في استقصاء كل ما ورد من أقوال في معنى هذا اللفظ القرآني، في جميع مواضعه من القرآن، بشكل مركز، ومناقشتها، وصولاً إلى القول الراجح.

وخلص الباحث إلى النتائج التالية:

1 – الأقوال في هذا التركيب القرآني لا تخرج عمّا يلي: الكعبة، مكان الطواف منها، الحرم، مكة.

2- الأقرب للصواب أن هذا اللفظ الكريم هو بمعنى: الحرم في جميع مواضعه، وفي بعض المواضع يدخل معه: الكعبة وما أحاط بها من مكان الطواف، وقد يكون ذلك من باب أولى، وقد يكون تبعاً.

3 – تأثير المقرر الفقهي على بعض العلماء حين تناولهم مثل هذه الآيات.

ABSTRACT

Research Topic:

This research deals with the study and analysis the sayings of scholars on the Noble Quranic Word “Al-Masjid Al-Haram” wherever it is mentioned in the Noble Quran.

The researcher aims in this research to achieve the following objectives:

- Collecting the various sayings on this topic.

- The proof for each saying - if any – with its critique, and then reaching the most preponderant saying.

- Drawing attention to some proofs that are rarely mentioned.

- Presenting a scholarly material on a noble Quranic word that was mentioned fifteen times.

- Looking into the correctness of what some exegetes have mentioned that this wording has only one meaning.

- Knowing what Almighty Allah means by this noble word –to the extent of human capacity-.

Research Methodology:

In his research, the researcher used the inductive approach linked to analysis, found in the investigation of all the sayings mentioned in the meaning of this Quranic word, in all its places in Quran, in a focused and concentrated manner, and discussing them, until reaching the most correct saying.

The researcher concluded the following results:

1-The sayings regarding this Quranic word do not go beyond the following: the Kaaba, the place of circumambulation from it, the Haram, Mecca.

2-The closest to the truth is that this noble wording means: the Haram in all its places, and in some places, it includes: the Kaaba and what surrounds it from the place of circumambulation, and this may be in the first place, and it may be a consequence.

3-The effect of the jurisprudential background on some scholars when they were treating this verse.
