يعد الحديث النبوي هو المصدر الثاني من مصادر التشريع الإسلامي، وإن دراسة الحديث النبوي يُعتمد عليها في استنباط كثير من الأحكام الفقهية؛ لذلك آثرت في هذا البحث أن أتناول حديثًا نبويًا، وأدرسه دراسة تحليله، فاخترت ما ثبت عن النبي ? أنه قال:(لا يدخل الجنة قتات) ببيان معنى الحديث وشرحه شرحا تحليليا، مع جمع الأحاديث النبوية الأخرى المتعلقة بموضوع الحديث، ومحاولة تطبيق هذه الدراسة على المجتمع الإسلامي حيث شاعت فيه النميمة، وبيان ما يترتب عليها من غل وحسد، وغيرها من الأمراض القلبية، والاجتماعية، وذلك وفق الخطة التالية:
تقسيم البحث إلى: مبحثين:
اشتمل المبحث الأول على الصناعة الإسنادية، وذلك بتخريج الحديث، ودراسة رجال الإسناد المختار وخصائص الحديث الإسنادية.
كما اشتمل المبحث الثاني على الصناعة المتنية، وذلك بدراسة تراجم الأئمة للحديث وغريبه، والمعنى الإجمالي له، مع بيان فقه الحديث والأحكام المستنبطة منه، واستعمالات ألفاظه في الأحاديث النبوية الأخرى.

The Prophet’s hadith is the second source of Islamic legislation. 

The study of the Prophet’s hadith is relied upon to elicit and understand many jurisprudential rulings.

Therefore, in this research, I deal with a prophetic hadith, and study it an analytical study. So I chose what was narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said: “A backbiter will not enter Paradise.” Agreed upon.

 By explaining the meaning of the hadith and explaining it analytically, with the collection of Qur’anic, verses and other narrations related to the subject of the hadith. an attempt to apply this study to the Islamic society in terms of gossip spread, an explanation of the ensuing malice and envy, and other heart and social diseases, according to the following plan: 

 The research was divided into two sections:

• In The first section included the manufacture of isnads in hadiths, by graduating the hadith and studying the selected isnad men and the characteristics of the isnad hadiths.

• The second section also included the search body industry, by studying the translations of the imams of hadith and its strange, and the overall meaning of it, with the study of hadith topics, jurisprudence and the uses of its words in the Holy Quran.
