تناول البحث موضوع تنَافُسِيَّة الاقتصاد الوطني تأصيلًا وتطبيقًا على الاقتصاد السعودي في الفترة 2015م- 2022م، وذلك في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، واستنادًا إلى مؤشرات التنَافُسِيَّة العالمية؛ وفقًا لأهم تقريرين عالميين في هذا الخصوص، وهو: "كتاب التنَافُسِيَّة العالمية" و"تقرير المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي"؛ حيث هدف البحث إلى بيان المفاهيم النظرية للتنَافُسِيَّة، والمنظور الإسلامي لها، مع رصد وإبراز مدى التطور الذي حدث في مستوى تنَافُسِيَّة الاقتصاد السعودي عالميًّا. وقد تم استخدام المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي، والتوصل إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن مفهوم التنَافُسِيَّة وأهدافها وغاياتها تتوافق مع مقاصد الإسلام الاقتصادية، وأن الإصلاحات العديدة والمتنوعة التي نفذتها المملكة أسهمت بدرجة كبيرة في تعزيز تنَافُسِيَّة الاقتصاد السعودي؛ وهذا الأمر انعكس بشكل إيجابي على ترتيبها في تقارير التنَافُسِيَّة العالمية.

Abstract

The research addressed the competitiveness of the national economy Saudi in its roots and application during the period 2015 AD - 2022 AD, in light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and based on global competitiveness indicators. According to the two most important global references in this regard, which are the book: “Global Competitiveness” and “World Economic Forum Report”; The research aimed to explain the theoretical concepts of competitiveness and the Islamic perspective on it, while monitoring and highlighting the extent of development that has occurred in the level of competitiveness of the Saudi economy globally. The historical approach and the descriptive approach were used, and several results were reached, the most important of which are: that the concept of competitiveness and its goals and objectives are consistent with the economic purposes of Islam, and that the many and varied reforms introduced by the Kingdom have contributed greatly to enhancing the competitiveness of the Saudi economy; This was reflected positively on its ranking in global competitiveness reports.
