?دور الجامعات السعودية في تطوير الدراسات المستقبلية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس

The Role of Saudi Universities in Developing Future Studies of Early Childhood from the Perspective of Faculty Members

?هدفت الدراسة إلى التّعرف على دور الجامعات السعودية في تطوير الدراسات المستقبلية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وشملت عينة الدراسة (234)، من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات الحكومية التي فيها أقسام الطفولة المبكرة، وأسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج كان من أبرزها:  جاءت درجة الموافقة متوسطة حول دور الجامعات السعودية في تطوير الدراسات المستقبلية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بمتوسط حسابي (2.95)، كم جاءت درجة الموافقة كبيرة حول المعوقات التي تواجه الجامعات السعودية في تطوير الدراسات المستقبلية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.77)، وجاءت درجة الموافقة كبيرة جداً على إجمالي مقترحات تفعيل دور الجامعات السعودية في تطوير الدراسات المستقبلية لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بمتوسط حسابي (4.22)، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة: بأنه ينبغي على القائمين على تطوير مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بالانتباه لدور الجامعات وخاصةً فيما يتعلق بالبحث في الدراسات المستقبلية وزيادة المعرفة وتحديثها، وإيجاد وحدات بالجامعات السعودية للأبحاث المستقلة للدراسات المستقبلية، وتركيز اهتمامها بتطوير مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، والوعي بأن الدراسات المستقبلية هي التي تزود المخططين التربويين بشتى صور المستقبلات التربوية والمجتمعية البديلة لاختيار أفضلها في نفس الوقت في تطوير مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة.

 The study aimed to identify the role of Saudi universities in developing future studies of early childhood from the point of view of faculty members. The researcher used the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study sample included (234) faculty members in government universities that have childhood departments. The study resulted in several results, the most notable of which were: The degree of agreement was moderate regarding the role of Saudi universities in developing future studies for the early childhood stage, with an arithmetic mean of (2.95). The degree of agreement was large regarding the obstacles facing Saudi universities in developing future studies for the early childhood stage. With an arithmetic mean of (3.77), the degree of approval was very large for the total proposals to activate the role of Saudi universities in developing future studies for the early childhood stage, with an arithmetic mean of (4.22). In light of these results, the study recommended: Those in charge of developing the early childhood stage should pay attention to the role of universities. Especially with regard to researching future studies, increasing and updating knowledge, creating independent research units in Saudi universities for future studies, focusing their interest in developing the early childhood stage, and awareness that future studies are what provide educational planners with various forms of alternative educational and societal futures to choose the best one at the same time in developing the stage. early childhood.
