كان الهدفُ من هذه الدراسة سدُ فجوةٍ في الأدبياتِ من خلالِ
التعرفِ على دورِ روحانية مكان العمل في العلاقةِ بين أبعادِ اليقظة الذهنية
التنظيمية والانغراز الوظيفي بالتطبيقِ على عينةٍ قوامها (341) مفردةٍ في قطاعِ
التمريض في مستشفياتِ جامعة أسيوط في جمهوريةِ مصر العربية. وكشفت الدراسةُ عن
إدراكِ العاملين بدرجةٍ متوسطة لمتغيراتِ الدراسة (أبعادُ اليقظة الذهنية
التنظيمية، وروحانيةُ مكان العمل، والانغرازُ الوظيفي). وتوصلت الدراسةُ إلى أن
روحانية مكان العمل -كمتغيرٍ وسيط – تعززُ العلاقةَ الموجبة بين بعض أبعادِ اليقظة
الذهنية التنظيمية والانغراز الوظيفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عددٍ من التوصياتِ
الهامةِ في هذا المجال.

The purpose of this study was to fill a
gap in the literature by identifying the role of workplace spirituality in the
relationship between organizational mental alertness dimensions and job
embeddedness by applying to a single sample of (341) individual in the nursing
sector at The University of Assiut hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The
study revealed that workers were moderately aware of the variables of the study
(organizational mindfulness dimensions, workplace spirituality, and job embeddedness).
The study found that the spirituality of the workplace, as an intermediate
variable, reinforces the positive relationship between certain dimensions of
organizational mental alertness and job embeddedness. The study has reached a
number of important recommendations in this area.
