العوامل المؤثرة على الابتكار التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة أم القرى: دراسة ارتباطية
Factors Affecting Organizational Innovation among Faculty Members at Umm Al-Qura University: A Correlational Study

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصّي العوامل التي تساهم في تنمية الابتكار التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة أم القرى. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم استخدام المنهج الارتباطي من خلال تطبيق الاستبانة المكونة من ثلاثة مقاييس: إدارة التغيير، والابتكار التنظيمي، والسلوك الابتكاري، على عينة متاحة مكوّنة من 403 مشاركين. أظهرت نتائج تحليل النمذجة البنائية أن للمشاركة والتواصل، والتعليم والتدريب أثراً مباشراً دالاً إحصائيًّا في الابتكار التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة أم القرى، وأن للقيادة التحويلية، والهدف التنظيمي أثراً غير مباشر دالٍّ إحصائيًّا في الابتكار التنظيمي من خلال السلوك الابتكاري لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة أم القرى. وتوصي الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات لتقصّي الدور التنبؤي لمجالات إدارة التغيير الأربعة في السلوك الابتكاري من خلال استخدام متغيرات وسيطة أخرى.
This correlation study aimed to investigate the factors that contribute to the development of organizational innovative among faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University. To achieve this goal, measures of change management, organizational innovation, and innovative behavior were applied to an available sample of 403 participants. The results of the structural equation modeling analysis revealed that (participation and communication) and (education and training) had a direct, statistically significant effect on the organization innovative of faculty members at Al-Qura University, and that transformational leadership and organizational goal had a statistically significant indirect effect on organization innovative through innovation behavior. The study recommends conducting more studies to investigate the predictive role of the four change management domains in innovative behavior through the use of other mediating variables.
