الشعور بالوحدة النفسية وعلاقته بالإفشاء عن الذات لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية من الجنسين بمدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية

Feeling of loneliness and its relationship with self-disclosure among male/female teachers in primary schools in Riyadh (KSA)

هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص العلاقة الارتباطية بين الشعور بالوحدة النفسية والإفشاء عن الذات لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية من الجنسين في بعض المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض، كما سعت الدراسة إلى عقد مقارنات بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في كل من الشعور بالوحدة النفسية والإفشاء عن الذات، وذلك في ضوء متغير الجنس (ذكور/ إناث)، وقد تكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (300) من معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، منهم (150) معلمًا، و (150) معلمة، بعد أن تمت مجانستهم في العمر الزمني بالشهور، وقد تراوحت أعمار العينة الكلية للدراسة ما بين 25 – 35 عامًا. ولإتمام إجراءات الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (الارتباطي – المقارن). وبعد تحليل بيانات الدراسة إحصائيًّا باستخدام تحليل التباين الإحصائي (2 × 2)، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، واختبار "ت" للمجموعات المتساوية؛ توصلت الدراسةُ إلى نتائج تشير إلى ارتباط الشعور بالوحدة النفسية سلبيًّا بالإفشاء عن الذات لدى جميع أفراد العينة، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة (ذكورًا وإناثًا) في الشعور بالوحدة النفسية، وذلك لصالح مجموعة الإناث، كما تبين وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في الإفشاء عن الذات، وذلك لصالح الإناث. وقد تم سرد عدد من التوصيات التربوية، وعدد من البحوث العلمية المقترحة.

The study aimed to investigate the relationship between loneliness and self-disclosure among male/female teachers in primary schools in Riyadh. The sample of the study consisted of (300) male/female teachers. The data has been analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient, Anova (2x2) and T-test. The results showed a negative significant correlation between loneliness and self-disclosure among male/female teachers; (150) males and (150) females, after having been homogenized in chronological age in months. The ages of the study sample ranged between 25 - 35 years old. The descriptive approach (relational - comparative) has been used to accomplish the study procedures. After analyzing the study data statistically using statistical variance analysis (2 × 2) , Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the "T" test for equal groups, the study reached several results indicating that the feeling of psychological loneliness is negatively related to self-disclosure among all sample members. It has been also found that there were significant differences between the males and females in the feeling of psychological loneliness, in favor of the female group, as it has been found that there are differences between males and females in self-disclosure, in favor of the females. A number of educational recommendations and a number of suggested scientific research have been listed.
