متطلبات تحقيق التربية النفسية للطفل وآليات تفعيلها في الأسرة ومعوقاتها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في الجامعات السعودية

The Requirements for Achieving the Psychological Education of Children and the mechanisms for Activating them in the Family and their Obstacles from the Viewpoints of Faculty Members of the Colleges of Education in Saudi Universities

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات تحقيق التربية النفسية للطفل وآليات تفعيلها، ومعرفة أهم معوقات تحقيق هذه المتطلبات في الأسرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال الاستبانة؛ التي طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة عددها (306) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في خمس جامعات سعودية، وهي: جامعة الملك سعود، والإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، والأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وأم القرى، والملك خالد. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى موافقة أفراد العينة بشدة على متطلبات تحقيق التربية النفسية للطفل في الأسرة، بمتوسط حسابي (4.69 من 5.00)، كما جاءت استجابات أفراد العينة على محور آليات تفعيل دور الأسرة في تحقيق التربية النفسية للطفل بمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (4.75 من 5.00) وهو متوسط يشير إلى (موافق بشدة)، كما جاءت استجابات أفراد العينة بدرجة موافق بشدة على محور معوقات تحقيق متطلبات التربية النفسية للطفل بمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (4.75 من 5.00). وبينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير الجنس، لصالح أفراد العينة من الإناث، وباختلاف متغير الجامعة، لصالح أفراد العينة من منسوبي جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وباختلاف متغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح درجة الأستاذ، ولا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة.

The study aimed to determine the requirements of achieving psychological education of the child and their activation mechanisms, and to identify the most important obstacles to achieving these requirements in the family from the viewpoints of faculty members in Saudi universities. The study used the descriptive survey method through a questionnaire, which was applied to a simple random sample of (306) faculty members of Education Colleges in five Saudi universities: King Saud University (KSU) , Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) , Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) , Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) , and King Khalid University (KKU). The study's results indicated that the respondents strongly agreed on the requirements of achieving psychological education of the child in the family, with an arithmetic mean of (4.69 out of 5.00). The sample members' responses on the axis of mechanisms for activating the family's role in achieving psychological education of the child also came with a general arithmetic mean of (4.75 out of 5.00) , which indicates to (Strongly Agree). The respondents' responses on the obstacles to achieving the requirements of psychological education of the child came with a Strongly Agree degree and a general arithmetic mean of (4.75 out of 5.00). The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between respondents' views according to the gender variable, in favor of females, and according to the university variable, in favor of PNU respondents, and according to the academic degree variable, in favor of the professor’s degree, and there were no differences attributable to the Years of Experience variable.
