The study aimed to identify which high school students possess digital etiquette skills and competence based on their perspectives and demographic variables. It consisted of (41) paragraphs confirming its validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The arithmetic means standard deviations, T-test, and One Way Anova test were extracted to calculate the (F) value of the answers of the sample to reveal the significance level. The study concluded that the differences in the responses of the study sample regarding the digital etiquette and competency levels of high school students in Yanbu came to a medium degree with an arithmetic mean of (3.67) and a standard deviation of (0.77). The order of practicing the research fields according to their arithmetic averages was the dimension of ‘respect’ with an arithmetic mean of (3.94), the dimension of ‘social communication’ with an arithmetic mean of (3.48) , the dimension of ‘education’ with a mean of (3.25). The results showed no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a ? 0.05) in the degree to which high school students possess digital etiquette skills and competence in Yanbu from their perspective according to the variable (type, school year). Considering the results, the study recommended creating a supportive environment for digital education that improves educational content quality. In addition, it is recommended to hold more courses to encourage high school teachers to provide a supportive digital environment. Furthermore, there is a need for educational institutions to play an influential role in guiding their students and training them to optimize the use of technology and take advantage of its positives aspects and protect themselves from its negatives.
