تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء أبعاد القيادة الخادمة

A proposed vision for developing the performance of school leaders at the secondary stage in light of the dimensions of servant leadership

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة لدى القيادات المدرسية بمحافظة الدوادمي وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية في ضوء أبعاد القيادة الخادمة، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي واستعانت باستبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (105) معلما ومعلمة ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة والذي قوامه (535) من معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة لدى القيادات المدرسية بمحافظة الدوادمي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات، وقدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحا لتطوير آداء القيادات المدرسية بالمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء أبعاد القيادة الخادمة من أبرز عناصره إتباع مدير المدرسة لسياسة الباب المفتوح مما يشجع المرؤوسين على التواصل، ووضع توصيف واضح ومحدد لمسئوليات مدير المدرسة يشرح بالتفصيل المهام المطلوبة منه والصلاحيات الممنوحة لكي يمارس عمله بمرونة، وتقديم مصلحة المرؤوسين على مصلحة مدير المدرسة، واحترام آراء ومقترحات المرؤوسين ومناقشتها بشكل موضوعي وجاد حتى وإن اختلفت مع أراء مدير المدرسة، وعقد دورات تدريبية لنشر ثقافة القيادة الخادمة وتصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة نحوها.

The current study aimed to know the availability of the dimensions of servant leadership among school leaders in Dawadmi Governorate and to present a proposed vision for developing the performance of school leaders in the light of the dimensions of servant leadership. Which consists of (535) male and female secondary school teachers, and the results showed that the degree of availability of servant leadership dimensions for school leaders in Dawadmi Governorate from the point of view of the study sample was achieved to a medium degree, and the study also showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the variable number of years of experience in favor of the experienced For more than 10 years, the study presented a proposed vision for developing the performance of school leaders at the secondary level in light of the dimensions of servant leadership. One of its most prominent elements is the school principal’s adoption of the open-door policy, which encourages subordinates to communicate, and develops a clear and specific description of the school principal’s responsibilities that explains in detail the tasks required of him and the powers granted in order to He exercises his work flexibly, prioritizing the interests of his subordinates over the interests of the school principal, and respecting the opinions and suggestions of the school subordinates and discuss them objectively and seriously even if they differ with the views of the school director, and hold training courses to spread the culture of servant leadership and correct misconceptions towards it.
