الأنماط القيادية لدى مديرات المدارس المتوسطة وعلاقتها بالروح المعنوية للمعلمات

Leadership styles of middle school female leaders and their relationship to teachers' morale

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الأنماط القيادية لدى مديرات المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة حفر الباطن وعلاقتها بالروح المعنوية للمعلمات، من وجهة نظر المعلمات. واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمعها من جميع معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة في المحافظة، وتم اختيار عينتها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، بلغت (267) معلمة. واستخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، تضمنت محورين، الأول: الأنماط القيادية للمديرات، والثاني: الروح المعنوية للمعلمات. ومن أبرز نتائجها أن النمط القيادي السائد من وجهه نظر المعلمات هو النمط الديموقراطي بمتوسط حسابي (4.06)، وجاء في المرتبة الثانية نمط القيادة التسلطي، ثم في المرتبة الأخيرة نمط القيادة التسيبي، وكلامها بمستوى "متوسط". وبينت النتائج أن مستوى الروح المعنوية للمعلمات جاء بمستوى "عالٍ"، بمتوسط الحسابي (4.00)، كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسة النمط الديموقراطي وبين مستوى الروح المعنوية، في حين وجدت علاقة سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسة النمطين التسلطي والتسيبي وبين مستوى الروح المعنوية.

The study aimed to identify the leadership styles of middle school female leaders and their relationship to teachers' morale, from the female teachers' point of view. It adopted the descriptive correlative approach, and its community consisted of all middle school teachers in Hafr Al-Batin, and its sample was chosen by the simple random method, amounting to (267) teachers. The questionnaire was used to collect data, and it included two axes, the first: the leadership styles of female leaders, and the second: the morale of the teachers. Among its most prominent results is that the dominant leadership style from the female teachers' point of view is the democratic style with an arithmetic average (4.06) , and the authoritarian leadership style came in the second place, then in the last rank was the laissez-faire leadership style, and its speech at an "average" level. The results showed that the level of morale for the teachers came at a "high" level, with an arithmetic average (4.00) , and the results showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between the democratic style and the level of morale, while there was a negative, statistically significant relationship between the authoritarian and licentious styles and the level of morale.
