توظيف دراسة الحالة في أبحاث القيادة التربوية 

Employing Case Study in Educational Leadership Research

تسعى هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على إمكانية تطبيق دراسة الحالة، وهو أحد مداخل المنهج النوعي في أبحاث القيادة التربوية. وتمثلت أهداف هذه الدارسة في التالي: 1. التعريف بالمنهج النوعي، 2. التعريف بدراسة الحالة، 3. إمكانية توظيف دراسة الحالة لتطوير الأبحاث في القيادة التربوية، 4. التباين بين ما يُنشر عن القيادة التربوية باللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية في الأبحاث التي تستخدم البحث النوعي عموماً، ودراسة الحالة خصوصاً. واستُخدم المنهج الوصفي في السؤال الأول والثاني والثالث، والمنهج النوعي بأسلوب تحليل المحتوى في السؤال الرابع الذي ركز على معرفة مقدار التباين فيما يُنشر من أبحاث عن القيادة التربوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وبيان الفجوة بينهم. وخلصَت الدراسة إلى أنَّ البحث النوعي يتميز بمميزات كثيرة تخدم التوجهات الحديثة في البحث التربوي، وخصوصاً القيادة التربوية. وقد قدَّم الباحث نموذجاً مبتكراً لبناء دراسة الحالة، وخُتمت الدراسة بتوصيات وأمثلة لأبحاث ورسائل طبّقت دراسة الحالة في أبحاث القيادة التربوية. وخُتمت الدارسة بأنَّ ما يُنشر عن القيادة التربوية باللغة العربية قليل جداً مقارنةً بما يُنشر باللغة الإنجليزية سواء من ناحية الكتب، أو الدراسات العلمية المحكمة، أو الرسائل العلمية.

This study seeks to discuss the idea of the possibility of applying case study, which is an approach to the qualitative method to research in educational leadership. This study discusses four main topics: 1. defining the qualitative method; 2. defining case study; 3. the possibility of using case study to improve research in educational leadership; 4. the difference between what is published about educational leadership in Arabic and English in research that uses qualitative research in general and case study in particular.

The descriptive approach was used for the first, second and third questions, and the qualitative method via content analysis was used to achieve the study's objectives. Qualitative research has numerous advantages which serve the modern trends in educational research, particularly educational leadership. The researcher has presented an innovative model for building case study. The study has provided several recommendations and examples of research and messages that have applied case study in research in educational leadership. Finally, the study concluded with that what is published about educational leadership in Arabic is very little compared to what is published in English, whether in books, refereed scientific studies or scientific theses.
