Internet of Things (IoT)- Knowledge Management- Multimedia resources- Digital learning- Smart Learning.

The study aimed to develop a vision for the development of the university learning environment and knowledge management by taking advantage of increased interaction with the physical objects that surround the university users in the learning space, in addition to increasing their interactions with applications, to increase their interactions with the implemented applications, by enriching the physical objects using the Internet of Things (IoT). It discussed the concepts, development, and general structure that characterizes IoT, identifying most challenges facing its integration in universities, identifying ways to address them, and developing a vision for investing this technology to develop knowledge management in universities—using applications. The results revealed that there is a need to develop a strategy related to the development of its infrastructure and the provision of equipment and applications to deal /analyze big data to make decisions. in addition to the conviction of the faculty and specialists of its capabilities and capabilities in developing the teaching and learning environment in universities and providing unique research by linking the network of laboratories and research and training. Moreover, the results revealed that its effects on the university learning environment are not affected by gender, rank, and number of years. Access to (11) main criteria and (44) smart campus sub-applications from studies analysis, all of which rely on IoT as the supporting infrastructure to conceptualize a smart campus.
