Assessment of vocational rehabilitation services provided to students with intellectual disabilities from the point of view of teachers

يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على تقييم خدمات التأهيل المهني المقدمة للمعاقين فكريا من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة البحث من (74) معلمًا من معلمي المعاقين فكريا في مراكز التربية الخاصة والمدراس التي تقدم خدمات التأهيل مهني المعاقين فكريا في مدينة عمان، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى مستوى منخفض لتقييم خدمات التأهيل المهني، وجاء بُعد (التشغيل المهني) بالمرتبة الأولى بدرجة منخفضة، يليه بُعد (التدريب المهني) بالمرتبة الثانية بدرجة منخفضة، وجاء بُعد (الإرشاد المهني) بالمرتبة الثالثة بدرجة منخفضة، وجاء بُعد (المتابعة) بالمرتبة الأخيرة بدرجة منخفضة، وكذلك أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقييم خدمات التأهيل المهني تعزى للمتغير الجنس ماعدا في بُعد (التدريب المهني) الذي جاء لصالح الذكور، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية، وكذلك أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقييم خدمات التأهيل المهني تعزى لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية ماعدا في بعد (التدريب المهني) التي جاءت لصالح فئة (من5 – 10سنوات).

The research aims to identify the assessment of vocational rehabilitation services provided to students with intellectual disabilities from teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect data. The study sample consisted of (74) all teachers of students with intellectual disabilities in special education centers and schools that provide vocational rehabilitation services for students with intellectual disabilities in the city of Amman. Furthermore, it came after (vocational employment) in the first place with a low degree, followed by (vocational training) in the second place with a low degree. It came after (vocational guidance) in the third place with a low degree, and after (follow-up) in the last rank with a low degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences for the Assessment of vocational rehabilitation services due to the gender variable except in the (vocational training) dimension, which came in favor of males, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variable of academic degree, as well as the results indicated the absence of significant differences Statistics for evaluating vocational rehabilitation services due to the variable teaching experience, except for the dimension (vocational training), which came in favor of the category (5-10 years).
