تصورات المعلمات وأولياء الأمور حول دمج طلاب الصفوف الثلاثة الأولية في مدارس البنات

Perceptions of female teachers and parents about integrating the first three grades of male students into girls’ elementary schools

هدفت الدراسة إلى اكتشاف ومعرفة تصورات ووجهات نظر المعلمات وأؤلياء الأمور (آباء وأمهات) حول دمج طلاب الصفوف الأولية في مدارس البنات وإسناد تدريسهم للمعلمات في منطقة القصيم، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج النوعي، ووظفت المقابلة لجمع البينات، وقد بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (30) مشاركا (15معلمة، 5آباء و10أمهات).

تَوصّلت الدراسة إلى عِدّة نتائج: هناك قلق حول سرعة تطبيق عملية دمج طلاب الصفوف الأولية في مدارس البنات وإسناد تديسهم للمعلمات، مما أدى إلى ظهور بعض الآثار السلبية على العملية التعليمية، وعلى الطلاب والمعلمات ومخرجات التعليم، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن عملية الدمج قد تؤثر سلبا على فرص توظيف المعلمين مما قد يزيد نسبة البطالة لدى الرجال؛ لذلك أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تهيئة المعلمات لتدريس طلاب الصفوف الأولية، كذلك أهمية إجراء دراسات حول عملية دمج طلاب الصفوف الأولية في مدارس البنات، وبعد تقييم هذه التجربة يمكن معرفة مدى نجاحها وأوجه الضعف لمعالجتها وأوجه القوة لتعزيزها.

The study aimed to explore the perceptions of female teachers and parents, mothers and fathers, about integrating male students of the first three elementary grades in girls' schools at Qassim Region. The study adopted qualitative approach, and employed the interview for data collection. A purposeful sample of 30 participants was selected: 15 female teachers, 5 fathers and 10 mothers. The study came up with several results. There is a concern about the speed of applying the process of integrating male students of the elementary grades in girls' schools, and assigning female teachers to teach them. This may lead to some negative effects on the educational process, male students, female teachers and learning outcomes. In addition, the results indicate that the integration process negatively affects the chances of employing male teachers, which may increase unemployment among Saudi men. The study presented some recommendations. First, preparing female teachers to teach elementary grade students. Second, it is important to conduct studies on the process of integrating elementary grade male students into girls’ schools. After evaluating this experience, it is possible to identify the extent of its success, weaknesses, and strengths.
