اضطرابات التغذية والأكل وما يترتب عليها من مشكلات تناول الطعام لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد والإعاقة العقلية واضطراب طيف التوحد المعاقين عقلياً

Nutritional and eating disorders and their consequent eating problems in people with autism spectrum disorder, mental disability and autism spectrum disorder mentally disabled

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق في اضطرابات التغذية والأكل وما يترتب عليها من مشكلات تناول الطعام لدى الأطفال، وعددهم (60 طفلا) منهم (20 طفلا من ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، و20 طفلا من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية، و20 طفلا من ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد المعاقين عقلياً) وتراوحت أعمارهم من (5-13 سنة) بمركز اضطرابات النمو والسلوك بعرعر منطقة الحدود الشمالية بالسعودية، منهج الدراسة: استخدم المنهج الوصفي المقارن، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق واختلاف في اضطرابات التغذية والأكل، وما يترتب عليها من مشكلات تناول الطعام لدى الأطفال لصالح اضطراب طيف التوحد واضطراب طيف التوحد المعاقين عقلياً، وعدم وجود فروق أو اختلاف بين اضطراب طيف التوحد، واضطراب طيف التوحد المعاقين عقلياً على اضطرابات التغذية والأكل، وما يترتب عليها من مشكلات تناول الطعام.

The study aimed to identify the differences in feeding and eating disorders and the consequent eating problems among children, their number (60 children), of whom (20 with autism spectrum disorder, 20 with mental disabilities, and 20 with autism spectrum disorder who were mentally handicapped), their ages ranged from (5- 13 years), In the growth and behavior disorders center in Arar, the northern border region - Saudi Arabia, the study methodology: The descriptive and comparative approach was used, and the study found differences in feeding and eating disorders and the consequent problems of eating in children in favor of autism spectrum disorder and autism spectrum disorder mentally disabled, And there were no differences between autism spectrum disorder and autism spectrum disorder mentally disabled children on eating and eating disorders and the consequent problems of eating.
