تصور مقترح لتطوير البيئة التعليمية في معهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية 

Suggested perception for development of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah،

هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف المواصفات التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في عناصر البيئة التعليمية بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، وتعرف واقع البيئة التعليمية بالمعهد، وبناء تصور مقترح لتطويرها.

 استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومن في حكمهم، والمدرسين بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة وعددهم (112)فردًا، ونظرًا لقلة عدد أفراد المجتمع، كانت عينة البحث هي نفس مجتمع البحث حيث طبق البحث على جميع أفراد المجتمع، استجاب منهم (59)فردًا بنسبة 53% من عينة البحث، وتم إعداد استبانة لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بواقع البيئة التعليمة تكونت في صورتها النهائية من (73)عبارة موزعة على ستة محاور، اجري عليها اختبار الصدق الظاهري بعرضها على (7) محكمين وقد اعتبرت نسبة 80% من آراء المحكمين معيارًا للحكم على صلاحية العبارة، كما اجري عليها اختبار الثبات فكانت درجة الثبات تساوي (97).

 وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: توصل البحث إلى قائمة بالمواصفات التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في عناصر البيئة التعليمية بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية تضمنت ستة محاور رئيسة انبثق عنها (73) عبارة، يرى أفراد عينة البحث أن واقع البيئة التعليمية بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة كان بدرجة ضعيفة، بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير البيئة التعليمية بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة.

 وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة تصميم مقررات تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها وفق المعايير العالمية لتعليم اللغات الأجنبية، والاهتمام بمبنى المعهد من جميع النواحي، وتوفير التجهيزات اللازمة لنجاح العملية بالمعهد. واقترح بعض البحوث التي تفيد في مجال البحث الحالي.

This research aims to identify the detailed specifications that should be available in the elements of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah، and to be acquainted with the reality of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah. The research problem is clearly defined by the following questions:

1- What detailed specifications should be available in the elements of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah?

2- What is the reality of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah?

3- What is the proposed concept for the development of the educational environment at the Institute of Teaching Arabic Language for non-speakers at the Islamic University of Medinah?

The researcher used the descriptive approach، and a questionnaire will be prepared to gather related information on the current reality of the educational environment.

The research reached several results، the most important of which are:

1- reach the most important specifications that should be available in the elements of the educational environment at the Institute of Arabic Language Teaching for non-speakers at the Islamic University in Madinah

2- The reality of the educational environment in the Institute of teaching Arabic for non-speakers at the Islamic University in Madinah was weak.

3- Building a proposed vision for the development of the educational environment in the Institute of Arabic Language Teaching for non-speakers at the Islamic University in Medina.

In the light of the results reached، the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggested a number of researches that benefit the current research field
