توظيف بوابة المستقبل التعليمية والتحديات التي تواجه المعلمين والمعلمات ودرجة رضاهم عنها

Employing the educational future portal, and the challenges that teachers face and the degree of their satisfaction with it

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة توظيف المعلمين والمعلمات بوابة المستقبل التعليمية، والتحديات التي تواجههم عند التوظيف، كما تهدف إلى الكشف عن درجة رضاهم عن جودة المعلومات وجودة التصميم والمكونات في البوابة التعليمية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (95) معلماً ومعلمة، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطوير أداتين (استبانتين)؛ تكونت الأداة الأولى من محورين: محور توظيف المعلمين والمعلمات واشتمل على (47) عبارة، ومحور التحديات التي تواجههم عند التوظيف واشتمل على (27) عبارة، ليصبح المجموع الكلي لعبارات الأداة الأولى (74) عبارة. أما الأداة الثانية فتكونت من محورين أيضاً: محور جودة المعلومات (12) عبارة، ومحور جودة التصميم والمكونات (17) عبارة ليصبح المجموع الكلي لعبارات الأداة الثانية (29) عبارة. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توظيف المعلمين والمعلمات للبوابة في العملية التعليمية، ودرجة التحديات التي تواجههم عند توظيفها، ودرجة الرضا عن جودة المعلومات في البوابة التعليمية، ودرجة الرضا عن جودة التصميم والمكونات كلها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير النوع عند مستوى ? ? 0.05. 

The current study aimed to find out the degree of employing of male and female teachers, the future educational portal, and the challenges they face when recruiting, It also knowing  aimed to discover the degree of satisfaction them with the quality of information and the quality of design and components in the future educational portal. The study sample consisted of (95) male and female teachers. The researcher adopted the Descriptive Survey Approach. He developed two tools (two questionnaires), the first tool consisted of (2) axes, and (74) statements, as follows: the category of use of male and female teachers, containing (47) statements; and, finally, the category of the obstacles facing them upon use, containing (27) statements. As for the second questionnaire, it consisted of (2) two axes, and (29) statements, as follows: the category of information quality, containing (12) statements; the category of the quality of design and components, containing (17) statements; The findings of the study concluded that the male and female teachers' the degree of their use of the Gate in the educational process, and the degree of difficulty facing them upon use, degree of satisfaction with the information quality at the Education Future Gate, satisfaction with the quality of design and components were of moderate degree. Also, the findings showed the absence of statistical significance impact, resulting from gender variable at the level of ? ? 0.05.
