النموذج البنائي للعلاقة بين الوصم والخوف من التعاطف والعلاقات الاجتماعية لدى المراهقين المصابين بمرض السكري من النوع الأول بمنطقة عسير

The constructivist model of the relationship between stigma, fear of compassion and social relationships in adolescents with type 1 diabetes in the Asir region

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مسار العلاقات المتبادلة بين الوصم، والخوف من التعاطف، والعلاقات الاجتماعية، والفروق بين الجنسين في كل من الوصم، والخوف من التعاطف، والعلاقات الاجتماعية، وكذلك الكشف عن التأثير المباشر للوصم في الخوف من التعاطف، والخوف من التعاطف، في العلاقات الاجتماعية، وغير المباشرة للوصم في العلاقات الاجتماعية من خلال الخوف من التعاطف لدى (162) فرداً من المصابين بمرض السكري من النوع الأول في مرحلة المراهقة. منهم (96) من الإناث، و(66) من الذكور في الفئة العمرية بين (16- 21) سنة.

 وذلك باستخدام مقياس الوصم من إعداد ترينداج وبينتو 2017) Trindade& Pinto,)، وتعريب الباحث، ومقياس الخوف من التعاطف من إعداد جلبرت وآخرون (Gilbert et al, 2011)، وتعريب غانم، (2019)، ومقياس العلاقات الاجتماعية من إعداد هو وآخرون Hou, et al 2009))، وتعريب الباحث.

 وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين الوصم بجانبيه، وأبعاد التعاطف، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين الوصم بجانبيه، وأبعاد الخوف من التعاطف، والعلاقات الاجتماعية (العائلية، الالتزام، الصداقات)، بينما لا توجد فروق بين متوسط درجات الأفراد في الوصم، والتعاطف، والعلاقات الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، كما حقق النموذج المقترح مؤشرات حسن المطابقة، حيث دعمت البيانات الأمبريقية صحة النموذج البنائي لمسار العلاقات، والتأثير المباشر وغير المباشر بين متغيرات الدراسة لدى عينة الدراسة من الجنسين. 

وقد أوصت الدراسة القائمين برعاية هذه الفئة من مرضى السكري من النوع الأول من الآباء والأمهات، والمربين، والممارسين الصحيين العمل على إشباع الحاجات النفسية، والاجتماعية لديهم، للمساهمة في تعزيز التفاعل داخل المجال الاجتماعي للفرد لمواجهة الآثار السلبية للوصم، والخوف من التعاطف.


The aim of the current study is identify the path of interrelationships between stigma, fear of compassion, social relationships, and gender differences in both stigma, fear of compassion, and social relationships, and direct effect of stigma on fear of compassion, Social relationships, and indirect stigma in social relationships through fear of compassion among (162) individuals with )T1D( diabetes of both sexes. (96) females and (66) males from (16-21) years, using the stigma scale by Trindade & Pinto, (2017), researcher's translation, and the fear of compassion scale by Gilbert et al Ghanem's Arabization, (2019), and the Scale of Social Relations by Hou, et al (2009) translated by the researcher. The results have indicated a statistically significant positive relationship between internal and external stigma and fear of compassion with others, of others, with the self, and the existence of a statistically significant negative correlation between stigma with both sides, dimensions of fear compassion, and social relations (family, commitment, friendships) While the results indicated that there were no differences between the mean scores of individuals in stigma, compassion, and social relations depending on the gender variable, finally the proposed model achieved indicators of good conformity, and the empirical data supported the validity of the proposed structural model for the relationship path, and the direct and indirect effect between the study variables. The study sample is of both sexes. The study recommends care of )T1D( through Parent, educators, and health practitioners, to work on satisfying their psychological and social needs,
