فعّالية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي في الصلابة النفسية لدى أمهات مرضى الفصام

The effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program in developing Psychological Hardiness among mothers of schizophrenics

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي في الصلابة النفسية لدى أمهات مرضى الفصام وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) أم من أمهات مرضى الفصام تم اختيارهن عشوائياً قسمت إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية (ن=20)، متوسط أعمارهن 34.3 عام وبانحراف معياري للعمر قدره ± 2.02، ومجموعة ضابطة (ن=20) متوسط أعمارهن 32.60 عام وبانحراف معياري للعمر قدره  ±2.02. طُبِّق على أفراد العينة التجريبية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي (من إعداد الباحثة) بعد أن تأكدت الباحثة من صلاحيته للتطبيق على أفراد العينة، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية لعينة الدراسة الضابطة والتجريبية (من إعداد الباحثة). وتم تطبيق البرنامج في الجمعية السعودية لمرضى الفصام (احتواء) بالرياض. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع درجات الصلابة النفسية ارتفاعاً دالًّا إحصائيًّا لدى المجموعة التجريبية عنها لدى المجموعة الضابطة بعد تطبيق البرنامج، كما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي للمجموعة التجريبية في الصلابة النفسية. وتوصي الباحثة بالاستفادة من نتائج الدراسة في إعداد برامج إرشادية لعينات أخرى من أمهات مرضى الفصام.

The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program in developing Psychological Hardiness among mothers of schizophrenia patients in Riyadh. The study sample consisted of (40) mothers of schizophrenia, which were divided into two groups: an experimental group (n = 20), their mean age of 34.3 Years with standard deviation ± 2.02, and an equivalent control group (n = 20), whose mean age was 32.60 Years with standard deviation ± 2.13. A cognitive-behavioral counseling program (prepared by the researcher) was applied to the members of the experimental sample after the researcher made sure of its validity for application to the sample members, and the psychological hardness scale for the control and experimental study sample (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant increase in the degrees of Psychological Hardiness among the experimental group than in the control group after applying the program, and there were no statistically significant differences between the post and tracer measures of the experimental group in Psychological Hardiness.
