A proposed vision to activate the role of faculty members at the University of Najran in serving non-profit organizations in light of the goal of Vision 2030.

هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران في خدمة منظمات القطاع غير الربحي في ضوء مستهدفات رؤية 2030؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تفرع عنه عدد من الأهداف منها: التعرف على واقع مشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران في خدمة منظمات القطاع غير الربحي، ومجالات المشاركة، والمعوقات التي تحد منها، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية قوامها (106) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، وأظهرت النتائج مشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران في خدمة منظمات القطاع غير الربحي بمنطقة نجران بدرجة ضعيفة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.38)، وتمثلت أبرز الجوانب في مشاركتهم في ورش العمل التخصصية في حال وجهت لهم الدعوة، بينما تمثلت أقل الجوانب في الإشراف على بعض البرامج التي تقدمها منظمات القطاع غير الربحي، وأظهرت النتائج تعدد مجالات المشاركة الممكنة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتشمل عشرة مجالات رئيسة؛ كما أظهرت وجود معوقات بدرجة كبيرة تحد من تلك المشاركة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ? 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول واقع مشاركة عضو هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران في خدمة منظمات القطاع غير الربحي بمنطقة نجران، ومجالات المشاركة، والمعوقات، تعزى لاختلاف التخصص، والجنس، والدرجة العلمية؛ وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث تصوراً مقترحاً لتفعيل دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة نجران في خدمة منظمات القطاع غير الربحي في ضوء مستهدفات رؤية 2030. 

The study aims to develop a proposed vision to activate the role of faculty members at the University of Najran in serving non-profit organizations in light of the goal of Vision 2030. In order to achieve this goal, a number of objectives have branched out, including: Identifying the reality of the participation of faculty members at the University of Najran in serving non-profit organizations, fildes of participation, and the obstacles that limit them. The study used the descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire was applied to a random sample of ( 106 ) faculty members at the university. The results showed the weak participation of faculty members at Najran University in the service of non-profit organizations in Najran region, with an average of  2.38. The most prominent aspect was staff participation in specialized workshops when invited, whereas the least significant aspect was the supervision of some programs offered by non-profit organizations. The results showed multiple fildes of possible participation for staff members that included ten key areas. They also showed that there were significant constraints to participation and indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at (a ? 0.05) between the average sample responses to the fact that a teaching staff member at Najran University was involved in serving non-profit organizations in the Najran area. The fildes of participation and the obstacles differ according to different specialization, gender and scientific degree. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher presented a suggested vision for activating the role of faculty members in Najran University in serving non-profit organizations in light of the goals of 2030 Vision.
