مدى تضمن كتب الفقه للمرحلة المتوسطة لمعايير أداء الأفكار المحورية فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية

The Extent to Which the Textbooks of Fiqh for Middle School Include the Core Ideas' standards

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تضمن جميع كتب الفقه للمرحلة المتوسطة (الأول متوسط – الثاني متوسط – الثالث متوسط) لمعايير الأداء المنبثقة عن الفكرة المحورية التاسعة (فقه العبادات والمعاملات) والعاشرة (التشريع الإسلامي) وذلك في فرع الفقه وأصوله للصف السابع من مستوى التوسع في معايير مجال التربية الإسلامية كأحد معايير مجالات التعلم في التعليم العام، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب تحليل المحتوى).

وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن كتابي الفقه للصف الأول المتوسط يتضمنان بدرجة عالية معايير أداء فقه العبادات والمعاملات في فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية بنسبة بلغت (73.3%)، كما أن كتابي الفقه للصف الأول المتوسط يتضمنان بدرجة منخفضة لمصادر التشريع الإسلامي في فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية بنسبة بلغت (14.3%).

كما أوضحت النتائج أن كتابي الفقه للصف الثاني المتوسط يتضمنان بدرجة متوسطة معايير أداء فقه العبادات والمعاملات في فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية بنسبة توفر (53.2%)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم تضمن كتابي الفقه للصف الثاني متوسط لمصادر التشريع الإسلامي في فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية.

   إضافة إلى ما سبق فقد أوضحت النتائج أن كتابي الفقه للصف الثالث المتوسط يتضمنان بدرجة متوسطة معايير أداء فقه العبادات والمعاملات في فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية بنسبة بلغت (65.7%)، في حين كشفت النتائج عدم تضمن كتابي الفقه للصف الثالث المتوسط لمصادر التشريع الإسلامي في فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية.

كما كشفت النتائج أن درجة تضمن كتب الفقه للمرحلة المتوسطة لمعايير أداء الأفكار المحورية الخاصة بفقه العبادات والمعاملات فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بنسبة توفر (63.4%)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تضمن كتب الفقه للمرحلة المتوسطة لمعايير أداء الأفكار المحورية الخاصة بالتشريع الإسلامي فرع الفقه وأصوله من مستوى التوسع في مجال التربية الإسلامية جاءت منخفضة بنسبة توفر (9.02%).

This study generally aimed to know the extent to which all books of fiqh (jurisprudence) subject for the middle school (seventh, eighth and ninth grades) include the performance standards emanating from the ninth core idea (fiqh of worships and transactions) and the tenth core idea (Islamic legislation) as one of the learning standards in general education. To achieve the goals of this study, the researchers used the descriptive method (content analysis approach).

 The study shows a set of results, most notably: that the two books of fiqh for the seventh grade include a high degree of the performance standards of  fiqh of worships and transactions by a rate of (73.3%), while the same two books include a low degree of Islamic legislation sources at a rate of (14.3%).

The results also shows that the two books of fiqh for the eighth grade include the performance standards of fiqh of worships and transactions by a rate of (53.2%), whereas these  two books do not include the sources of Islamic legislation.

In addition, the results illustrate that the two books of fiqh for the ninth grade include the performance standards fiqh of worships and transactions by a rate of (65.7%), while these two books do not include the sources of Islamic legislation.

Finally, the results revealed that the inclusion of performance standards of fiqh of worships and transactions in the fiqh books for the middle school came with an average degree of availability by (63.4%), whereas the inclusion of Islamic legislation standards came in low degree with a availability rate at ((9.02%)
