هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض، والكشف عن مستوى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لهذه المدارس من وجهة نظر المديرات. كما هدفت الى دراسة العلاقة بين مستوى القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديرات المدارس وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في هذه المدارس، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي للإجابة عن السؤال الأول والثاني، والمنهج الارتباطي للإجابة عن السؤال الثالث، وطُبِّقت أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة   وكانت الاستجابات (154) مديرة مدرسة ابتدائية تعادل 85.0% من عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. وأظهرت النتائج  أن مستوى القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض جاء بدرجة عالية ومستوى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في هذه المدارس جاء بدرجة عالية وأن هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين القيادة الابتكارية والدرجة الكلية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض، وكان من أهم التوصيات: تصميم برامج تدريبية متخصصة تُركّز على تطوير مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي المبتكر، والاتصال التشاركي، والإشراف التمكيني، مع ربطها بسياقات واقعية من البيئة المدرسية، وتشجيع المديرات على صياغة رؤى تطويرية مبتكرة للمدرسة، تتجاوز الجوانب التشغيلية إلى أهداف نوعية في الابتكار التعليمي والريادة المجتمعية.

Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the level of innovative leadership practiced by female principals of primary schools in Riyadh, to determine the level of competitive advantage in these schools from the principals’ perspective, and to examine the relationship between innovative leadership and achieving competitive advantage in primary schools in Riyadh.
The study employed the descriptive survey method to answer the first and second questions, and the correlational method to answer the third question. The study instrument (questionnaire) was applied to a sample from the study population, with responses from (154) primary school principals, representing 85.0% of the sample, The results indicated that the level of innovative leadership among primary school principals in Riyadh was high, and that the level of competitive advantage was also high. The findings further showed a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of (0.01) between innovative leadership and the total degree of competitive advantage among primary school principals in Riyadh, Among the most important recommendations was designing specialized training programs focused on developing skills in innovative strategic planning, participatory communication, and empowering supervision, while linking them to real contexts within the school environment. The study also recommended encouraging principals to formulate innovative developmental visions for their schools that go beyond operational aspects toward qualitative goals in educational innovation and community leadership.
