تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي كمدخل لتطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية بجامعه الحدود الشمالية في ضوء ‏‏خبرات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية

Artificial Intelligence Techniques as an Introduction to the Development of Electronic Services at the University of the Northern Borders through the experiences of the United States of America.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة  استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخدمات الإلكترونية بجامعه الحدود الشمالية من ‏وجهة ‏نظر الأكاديميين والإداريين‏، وتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية  في ضوء خبرات ‏الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية‏، اتبعت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (181) من القيادات الأكاديمية والإدارية بجامعة الحدود الشمالية، استجاب منهم (108) قائداً تمّ توزيع الاستبانة عليهم، توزّعت على ثلاثة محاور لقياس واقع تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخدمات الإلكترونية، والمتطلبات اللازمة والتحديات والمخاوف، وتبين من النتائج أنّ  قيمة المتوسط الحسابي لواقع تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية هي (2,18) بدرجة منخفضة، بينما تبين أن موافقة أفراد مجتمع الدّراسة على المتطلبات اللازمة لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية في ضوء خبرات ‏الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية جاء‏ بدرجة عالية، بلغت قيمة متوسطها الحسابي(4.07) ، كما تبين وجود درجات عالية من التحديات والمخاوف من إدراج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية في ضوء ‏‏خبرات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، جاء بدرجة عالية، بلغت قيمتها(3.94) ، وبناء على النتائج كانت أبرز التوصيات: العمل على وضع الخطط اللازمة لتفعيل تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية، والاستفادة من خبرات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وإدخال تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطوير الخدمة.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of use of artificial intelligence technologies in electronic services at the Northern Border University from the point of view of academics and administrators, and to determine the necessary requirements for employing artificial intelligence technologies in developing electronic services in light of the experiences of the United States of America. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study community consisted of (181) academic and administrative leaders at the Northern Border University, of whom (108) leaders responded. The questionnaire was distributed to them, distributed over three axes to measure the reality of artificial intelligence applications in electronic services, the necessary requirements, challenges and concerns. The results showed that the arithmetic mean value for the reality of artificial intelligence applications in developing electronic services was (2.18), a low degree, while it was shown that the study community members’ approval of the necessary requirements for employing artificial intelligence technologies in developing electronic services in light of the experiences of the United States of America came at a high degree, reaching an arithmetic mean value of (4.07). It also showed that there were high degrees of challenges and concerns regarding the inclusion of artificial intelligence technologies in developing electronic services in light of the experiences of the United States of America, which came at a high degree, reaching a value of (3.94). Based on The results included the following key recommendations: developing the necessary plans to activate artificial intelligence applications, developing electronic services, and leveraging the expertise of the United States of America to introduce artificial intelligence applications to enhance services.
