صياغة الأهداف السلوكية ودورها على المهارات التدريسية لدى الطلبة المعلِّمين

The Formulation of Behavioral Objectives and Its Impact on Teaching Skills Among Pre-Service Teachers 

المستخلص

هَدَفت الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على نسبة تَكرار الأخطاء في صياغة الأهداف السلوكية لدى الطلبة المعلِّمين، وتحديد درجة ضعف هذه الصياغة على مهاراتهم التدريسية من وجهة نظر المشرفين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بالإضافة إلى تقديم مقترحات تُسهم في تطوير تلك المهارات. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، حيث جرت مراجعة الأدبيات والدراسات التربوية؛ لإعداد أدوات الدراسة، وتمَّ استخدام الاستبانة لقياس نسبة الأخطاء في صياغة الأهداف السلوكية، والمقابلات؛ للكشف عن أثر هذا الضعف على الأداء التدريسي، وباستخدام النسب المئوية والمتوسِّطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاعَ نسبة تَكرار الأخطاء في مرحلة التخطيط (مُدخَلات العملية التعليمية)، وتأثيرًا متوسِّطًا في تنفيذ وشرح الدروس (العمليات) لضعف صياغة الأهداف السلوكية، وتأثيرًا متوسِّطًا في تقويم الدروس (الْمُخرَجات)، وأن افتقارَ التحضير الكتابي إلى تنوُّع الأهداف السلوكية يؤدِّي إلى تقديم محتوى سطحي ورتيب، ويركِّز غالبًا على مهارات التذكُّر والحفظ دون إعمال التفكير.

 وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بتوفير بنك للأهداف الإجرائية لكلِّ درس، وتزويد الطلبة المعلِّمين به للاحتذاء؛ لكونهم في مرحلة تدريب، وتفعيلِ التدريس المصغَّر ضمن إجراءات مقرَّر التربية العملية؛ لتحسين اكتساب المهارات التدريسية في تنفيذ الدرس، وربطِ النظرية بالتطبيق في مقرَّرَيْ تصميم وتطوير الدروس، وطرق التدريس، بحيث يتضمَّن جوانبَ عمليةً أدائية قبل النزول للتربية العملية، وبتفعيل أسلوب الصف الافتراضي في أثناء الدراسة قبل النزول للميدان، طريقةً من طرائق تدريس المقرَّرات التربوية؛ لتحقيق الفاعلية، وضمان تجويد العملية التعليمية، كما اقترحت الباحثة بناء برنامج تدريبي خاصٍّ بتنمية المهارات التدريسية لدى الطلبة المعلِّمين، ودراسة أثر استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحضير الدروس على المهارات التدريسية للطلبة المعلِّمين.

Abstract

This study investigates the frequency of errors in formulating behavioral objectives among student teachers and examines their impact on teaching skills as perceived by faculty supervisors. Using a descriptive survey design, data were collected through questionnaires to measure error frequency and interviews to assess the instructional implications. Findings revealed frequent errors during the planning stage, with moderate effects on lesson delivery and evaluation. Weak lesson planning, characterized by limited diversity of objectives, often resulted in superficial content emphasizing memorization over higher-order thinking. The study recommends establishing a bank of procedural objectives to guide trainees, integrating micro-teaching into practicum courses, and linking theory with practice through performance-based components in instructional design and teaching methods courses. Additionally, the adoption of virtual classrooms and the exploration of artificial intelligence tools in lesson preparation are proposed to enhance teaching.
