فاعلية التدريب على مهارات برنامج المساعدة النفسية الأولية أثناء الأزمات لدى عينة من غير المتخصصين النفسيين 

The Effectiveness of Training on Mental Health First Aid Program Skills During Crises Among a Sample of Non-Psychology Specialists

تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التدريب على مهارات المساعدة النفسية الأولية، لدى عينة من غير المتخصصين النفسيين تبعا لمتغير القياس (قبلي – بعدي) ؟، حيث هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية التدريب على مهارات برنامج المساعدة النفسية الأولية لدى عينة من غير المتخصصين النفسيين. الطريقة: تم استخدام تصميم دراسة شبه تجريبية، على عينة مكونة من 60 مستجيبا من غير المتخصصين في مدينة الرياض، تم توزيعهم عشوائيا على مجموعتين (ضابطة وتجريبية) بواقع (30) مستجيب في كل مجموعة. وشملت أدوات الدراسة التدريب على برنامج التدريب على المساعدة النفسية الأولية على أربع جلسات تدريبية، والمقياس القبلي والبعدي المعد من قبل المركز الوطني لتعزيز الصحة النفسية النتائج: أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن قيمة Wilcoxon W لقياس مهارات المساعدة النفسية الأولية قد بلغت (532.500)، وأن قيمة z، قد بلغت (-5.674)، وبدلالة إحصائية اقل من (0.05)، مما يؤكد وجود فروق بين القياس القبلي والبعدي ولصالح البعدي، مما يشير الى وجود أثر التدريب على مهارات برنامج المساعدة النفسية الأولية  لدى عينة من غير المتخصصين النفسيين في تنمية مهارات المساعدة النفسية الأولية. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة لمهارات المساعدة النفسية الأولية حسب متغير العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصص. الاستنتاج: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التدريب على مهارات برنامج المساعدة النفسية الأولية يسهم بشكل فعّال في تعزيز قدرة غير المتخصصين النفسيين على تقديم الدعم، كما أظهرت النتائج تحسنًا ملحوظًا في الكفاءة النفسية والجاهزية للتعامل مع المواقف الحرجة. يوصى بتوسيع تطبيق هذا البرنامج لزيادة الوعي والتدخل الفعّال في الأزمات.

Abstract

The current study aims to highlight the importance of training in mental health first aid during crises among a sample of non-psychology specialists based on the measurement variable (pre-test – post-test). The study sought to determine the effectiveness of training in mental health first aid skills during crises for a sample of non-psychology specialists. Methodology: A quasi-experimental study design was used, involving a sample of 60 non-specialist respondents in Riyadh, who were randomly assigned to two groups: an experimental group and a control group, with 30 participants in each. The study tools included training on a mental health first aid program conducted over four training sessions, as well as pre- and post-assessment scales developed by the National Center for Mental Health Promotion. Results: The study results indicated that the Wilcoxon W value for measuring psychological first aid skills was (532.500), and the z-value was (-5.674), with a statistical significance level of less than (0.05). This confirms the presence of differences between the pre-test and post-test measurements, favoring the post-test, which suggests that training had an impact on enhancing mental health first aid skills among the sample of non-psychology specialists. Furthermore, the study found no statistically significant differences in mental health first aid skills based on age, educational qualification, or field of specialization. Conclusion: The study concluded that training in mental health first aid skills significantly enhances the ability of non-psychology specialists to provide support during crises. The results demonstrated a notable improvement in psychological competence and readiness to handle critical situations.
