The reality of applying risk management in Saudi educational institutes abroad.

?هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المخاطر بالمعاهد التعليمية السعودية في الخارج وفقًا للأبعاد التالية: (المعرفة بالمخاطر - تحليل المخاطر - تقدير المخاطر - التحكم في المخاطر - المتابعة والمراجعة) والتعرف على الفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة عينة الدراسة وفتًا لمتغيري؛(طبيعة العمل - حضور دورات في إدارة المخاطر) والكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق إدارة المخاطر» ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ وطبقت الاستبانة على مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في منسوبي المعاهد التعليمية السعودية في الخارج التابعة لجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بجمهورية إندونيسيا ودولة جيبوتي؛ وبلغت عينة الدراسة (175) من المنسوبين» ثم جمعها بطريقة عشوائية طبقية؛ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها: أن واقع تطبيق إدارة المخاطر بالمعاهد التعليمية السعودية في الخارج بجمهورية إندونيسيا ودولة جيبوتي من وجهة نظر منسوبيها جاءت

بدرجة عالية؛ كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول واقع تطبيق إدارة المخاطر باختلاف متغير طبيعة العمل؛ وذلك لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمين» وباختلاف متغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح المنسوبين ثمن حصلوا على دورات تدريبية في إدارة المخاطر» و كشفت النتائج عن وجود بعض التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق إدارة المخاطر في تلك المعاهد؛ كما توصلت إلى العديد من المقترحات التي من شأنها أن تعزز من تطبيق إدارة المخاطر بالمعاهد التعليمية السعودية في الخارج.

This study aimed to identify the reality of applying risk management in Saudi educational institutes abroad according to the following dimensions: (Knowledge of risks - Risk analysis - Risk assessment - Risk control - Monitoring and review), and to identify the statistical differences between the averages of the study sample's responses according to the two variables: (Nature of work - Attending courses in risk management), and to reveal the difficulties facing the application of risk management. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher used the descriptive survey method; the questionnaire was applied to the study population represented by the staff of Saudi educational institutes abroad affiliated with Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in the Republic of Indonesia and the State of Djibouti; the study sample consisted of (175) staff members. It was collected using a stratified random method. The study reached several results, most notably: that the reality of applying risk management in Saudi educational institutes abroad in the Republic of Indonesia and the State of Djibouti from the viewpoint of its staff came to a high degree. The results also showed statistically significant differences regarding the reality of applying risk management with the difference in the nature of work variable; this is in favor of the study sample members who are teachers; and with the difference in the training courses variable in favor of the staff who obtained training courses in risk management. The results revealed the existence of some challenges facing the application of risk management in those institutes. It also reached several proposals that would enhance the application of risk management in Saudi educational institutes abroad.
