The Persuasive Power

in the Conceptual Metaphor

الملخّص:

مدار هذا البحث على العلاقة القائمة بين بلاغة الحجاج والعرفانيّة (الإدراكيّة). وهو يهدف إلى بيان ما تنطوي عليه الاستعارة التصوّريّة من طاقة حجاجيّة، والوقوف على دورها في الإقناع. وسيعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليليّ، بوصفه أنسب المناهج في تحليل مادّة يهيمن فيها الطابع النظريّ.

 وقام البحث على دراسة التصوّر الحرفيّ ومصادره، سواء المتعلّقة بتجارب الإنسان الفيزيائيّة أو الاجتماعيّة أو الثقافيّة، وكذلك دراسة مصادر القوّة الإقناعيّة في الاستعارة التصوّريّة سواء المصادر الذاتيّة أو المصادر السياقيّة.

 وسيستند البحث إلى أبرز النتائج المتوصّل إليها في الدراسات البلاغيّة والعرفانيّة. وهو يطمح إلى بيان مصادر القوّة الإقناعيّة في الاستعارة التصوّريّة، ومختلف مظاهر مفعولها الحجاجيّ.

Abstract:

This research focuses on the relationship between the argumentation rhetoric and Cognitive. It aims to explain the argumentative energy involved in the conceptual metaphor, and examining its role in persuasion. It will depend on the analytical descriptive approach, as it is the most appropriate method for analyzing a content in which the theoretical character dominates.

The research was based on the study of literal perception and its sources, whether related to human physical, social or cultural experiences and the study of the sources of persuasive power in the conceptual metaphor, whether subjective sources or contextual sources.

The research will be based on the most prominent findings in rhetorical and Cognitive studies. It aspires to clarify the sources of persuasive power in the conceptual metaphor, and the various manifestations of its argumentative effect.
