الملخص
تناول البحث جانبًا مهمًّا من فنِّ المؤتلِفِ والمختلِف، وهو من أدقّ علوم الحديث وأهمِّها، ولا غِنى عن الرجوع إليه في ضبط الأسماء والأنساب والألقاب، وعند البحث في كتب المؤتلف والمختلف تواجه الباحثين مشكلاتٌ متنوّعة، تعقّد عليهم الوصول إلى المراد بيسر وسهولة، وفي هذا البحث جمع لهذه المشكلات، واقتراحٌ للحلول المناسبة لها.
وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدّمةٍ ذكرتُ فيها أهميّته وأسباب اختياره، ومشكلتَه، وأهدافه، ومنهجه، والدارسات السابقة، وخطّة البحث.
كما اشتمل البحث على تمهيد ذكرت فيه أهميّة كتب المؤتلف والمختلف، ولمحةً عامّة عنها، وبعد التمهيد أوردت ثلاثة مباحث:
الأول: المشكلات المتعلِّقة بجمع مادّة المؤتلف والمختلف، والحلولُ المقترحة لها.
والثاني: المشكلات المتعلّقة بسياق المؤتلف والمختلف، والحلولُ المقترحة لها.
والثالث: المشكلات المتعلّقة بتحقيق كتب المؤتلف والمختلف، والحلولُ المقترحة لها.
وقد سلكت المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي في ذكر هذه المشكلات.
وخلص البحث إلى نتائج، من أهمّها:
1. عدم وجود كتاب جامع في المؤتلف والمختلف، مع تفرّقِ وشتات مادة الفنّ في كتبه.
2. وجود مشكلات كثيرة تتعلق بالبحث في كتب المؤتلف والمختلف.
3. أهميّة إخراج كتب المؤتلف والمختلف في صورة تتناسب مع دقّة الفنّ وأهميّته.
4. أهميّة تصنيف موسوعة شاملة في المؤتلف والمختلف تجمع مادّة الفنّ من جميع مصنّفاته في سياق واحد، وإخراج هذه الموسوعة بطرق تسهّل الاستفادة منها.

Abstract 


The research explores an important aspect of the art of Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif, which is one of the most intricate and significant branches of Hadith sciences. This discipline is indispensable for accurately verifying names, genealogies, and titles. However, researchers often encounter various challenges when consulting the works of Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif, making it difficult for them to reach their objectives with ease. This study identifies and compiles these challenges and proposes suitable solutions to address them.
The research includes an introduction in which I discuss its significance, the reasons for selecting the topic, the research problem, objectives, methodology, previous studies, and research outline.
It also includes a preliminary section highlighting the importance of the works on Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif and presenting a general overview of them. Following this, the study is divided into three main chapters:
The first chapter discusses the issues related to the compilation of Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif material and the proposed solutions.
The second chapter addresses the challenges concerning the structure and context of Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif and the proposed solutions.
The third chapter examines the problems encountered in editing and verifying the works of Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif and the corresponding solutions.
The research follows an inductive and analytical methodology in identifying and analyzing these challenges.
The study concludes with several key findings, the most important of which are:
1. The absence of a comprehensive and unified reference on Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif, with its material remaining dispersed and fragmented across various works.
2. The existence of numerous difficulties faced by researchers when studying Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif books.
3. The necessity of publishing Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif works in a form that reflects the precision and importance of this specialized discipline.
4. The importance of compiling a comprehensive encyclopedia on Al-Mu?talif wa Al-Mukhtalif that consolidates the material from all related works into a unified framework and presenting this encyclopedia in formats that facilitate accessibility and ease of use.
